Greetings and congrats

Masarat congratulates the Orthodox Arminian people that Bishop Havek Asadorian gave the archimandrite Oshakan Gyulgulyan the management as the new head of the Armenian Church in Iraq.
Also, Masarat expresses its deep respect and appreciation to his eminence, Bishop Havek Asadorian, the council president of the heads of Christian sects who served his community for 43 years. During the Bishop’s presidency, Masarat contributed to many activities regarding interreligious dialogue and the remembrance of the Armenian genocide. Moreover, Masarat was one of the institutions that organized an international conference in 2015 to memorialize the 100th anniversary of the Arminian genocide and released a number of researches and studies regarding that incident. Masarat also organized trips for the Armenian delegation to Najaf and organized many forums, such as the forum of the University of  Kufa and UNESCO Chairs, indicating interreligious dialogue in the Arab world.
Finally, all the love and respect to the Archimandrite Oshakan Gyulgulyan and the best of wishes for him stating his new spiritual mission.
