Masarat Launches its Campaign to Enact Law Protecting Displaced

Through its participation in annual conference of Tariq Al-Shaab, Masarat has launched its campaign to enact law protecting displaced. Masarat has contributed to the conference held in Abu Nuaas gardens,Baghdad, through its publications, such as books, magazines and photos. Amina Al-Dahabi, chief executive of Masarat, said that Masarat is ready to provide anyculturalinitiatives with free publications issued by Masarat. Masarat bid to launch a law protecting displaced has been supported by a number of influential figures, such as Mifid Al-Jazarii, a former Iraqi cultural minister, Jasim Al-Hilfi, a leading member of the civilian coalition, Omad Al-Kifaji, an advisor to president of representatives council, Fikri Kreem , head of Mida institution and Joseph Slioa, a member of  the Iraqi parliament. Masarat hopes to bring the law into voting of the parliament in coming months.
