Masarat holds workshop in Dahuk to enact law protecting displaced

In the light of its advocacy to enact a law protecting the displaced in Iraq, Masarat Foundation for Cultural and Media Development held a workshop on September\12 in Dahuk attended by a number of legal experts, civil society activists and intellectuals from Mosul and Dahuk
Many discussions on the displaced situation and the reasons for enacting a law protecting them were held in attempt to reduce Iraqis sufferings and keep their dignity .
The workshop was run by Samir Alyass, a media figure, Miin Abdulqadir, a cultural activist, Thiaa Hadif, a legal figure and Ryadh Hazim, an activist.
Since February Masarat has launched a campaign calling for enacting a law to protect the displaced in Iraq.
