Masarat held workshop in kerbalaa about emigrants situations

Masarat was held her work shop in kerbalaa province about Turkmen situations in collaboration with adam center for defence about rights and freedoms , and the work shop included showing documentary film after the mosul occupation and the effects on minorities like Christians , yazidis , shabak, and Turkmen ,after that mr.alaahameed was present masaratstrategicfor promote the pluralism in Iraq, dr. haider al. ardawy from furat center for studies was manage the seminar and discussed the emigrants situations in kerbalaa.

The challenges which facing the emigrants was identified through the testimony ofmr.hameedmuslimfarhood head of the red crescent society in kerbalaa who was present important perception about emigrants situations and the respons of local government, mr.ali al mayali the representative of local government in basrah was attend and talk about local government plan to face the challenges of the emigrants from Turkmen and shabak .

While masarat was present her perception about the best way to respond to the challenges and move to parliament with emigrants committee in it, and internationally display the respond of the international community through the security council decision and the positive attitude of European union.

Masarat team was carry the result of discussions to the member of the board of directors threshold hosseinieh and officer cultural and intellectual dr. talal al. kamaly and discussed with him the threshold strategic about emigrants which facing many problems mostly about emigrants hosting and problems of social interaction with different culture.

Emigrants options was discussed with threshold representative ,and have been discussing the option of the establishment of a safe zone under the auspices of an international as a substitute for immigration , the second option regard to the re- localization in another region inside Iraq whether in the areas near the original presence of the Kurdistan region or another region from Iraq , and an willingness of central an local government to this plan leads to the non- return of the emigrants and future problems and challenges cant be addressed with out enough ready, masarat expressed ther willingness for joint cooperation with local government in this subject.

Masarat warned that the minorities resettlement in another region will lead to demographic change and divide the country an ethnic , religious , so the return of them would be a safety valve against divide, if not we suggest to be in nearby areas from areas of displacement until they are sent back to it gradually in future .
