Legal committee has held its meetings in Masarat to study the amendments suggested to a draft law on minority rights.These meetings held under Saeb Kader presidency for two days. They were attended by 14 experts on legal fields, in addition to media professionals and international monitors.Kader said that these amendments could bring the law into its serious aim. That is, it aims to keep diversity and avoid marginalization.On the other hand, Saad Salloum, general coordinator of Masarat, in charge of implementing the law, said that the next step will be bringing the law into parliament. Thus, meetings will be held with presidents of parliamentary committees so as to include the law within their agendas.
