In collaboration with Hivos Masarat Foundation for Cultural and Media Development held its fourth workshop on “pluralism and promoting intercultural citizenship in Iraq” in the province of Halabja, Kurdistan. Civilian activists, minority’s representatives, and academics of the province have attended the workshop. Saad Salloum, general coordinator of Masarat, managed the workshop. He shed lighted Iraqi society’s religious and ethnic components, and their role in constructing Iraq’s civilization and its future. Attendees have also given their ideas on future of diversity, means of ensuring their rights, ending their emigration.
