Mrs. Amina Al-Dahibi, a member of Iraqi Council for Interfaith Dialogue, and chief executive of Masarat Foundation for Cultural and Media Development, has taken part in a conference of ethnic and religious minorities held in the Jordanian capital of Oman.
In the first session of the conference managed by Attif QuIIR, Mrs. Amina talked on violence that Iraqi minorities face, economic consequences of minorities emigration, and an importance of criminalizing hate address and abuses against religions and supernal codes.
The conference held under auspices of Faisal al-Fayez, head of Jordanian senate, and a number of Jordanian parliamentarians. This conference, which was comprised of four sessions, lasted for two days.
The conference attended by researchers and intellectuals from Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine.
