Masarat for cultural and media development held the partnership with the Canadian Embassy in Baghdad conference on the promotion of pluralism in Iraq Dealt with the situation of religious minorities in Iraq and as christan, Almenddaúaan and Yazidis during the ten years of change in Iraq.
The conference included papers on the evaluation of research administration pluralism in Iraq after 2003 and a review of the situation of religious minorities bore titles.(Christians minority rights and the rights of citizenship) and (Mandaeans between citizenship and social exclusion), and (Yezidis between recognition and citizenship).
The conference witnessed the presence of religious leaders and representatives of Christian denominations in Iraq, and representatives of other religious components such as Yazidis and MandaeansThe conference opened with a speech by the patriarch of “Saint Louis Sako Raphael first” president of the Chaldean Church in Iraq and the world, and the word for the presidency of the Presidency of the Mandaean community, while Mrs. “umyyaBayezid Ismail”Word Directorate of AwqafYazidis.
