The General Coordinator of the Masarat Foundation, Dr. Saad Salloum, emphasized the importance of dialogue as a method, mechanism, and ongoing process. This was stated in his paper presented at the Arab-Kurdish Relations Forum organized by the Jordanian Association for Science and Culture in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
Salloum pointed to the pioneering experience of the Masarat Foundation in this field, whether in the Islamic-Christian dialogue, interfaith dialogue, or dialogue among nationalities and generations.
Saloom stressed that dialogue among the major nationalities in the region, or what is referred to as the four pillars of the nation: Turks, Kurds, Arabs, and Iranians, is a necessary imperative.
He also noted that Iraq is the most prominent starting point for this dialogue due to its geographical location as an intermediary between these nations and peoples, and being a crossroads of the peoples and cultures of the region, along with its rich civilization that has been contributed to by all these friendly peoples, advocating for a coalition of peoples for the stability of the region and the future of its generations.
