Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Masarat and Um Al-Qura.

Masarat Foundation for Cultural and Media Development has signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with Um Al-Qura Organization for Culture and Guidance.

The agreement includes collaboration between the two organizations in monitoring, confronting, and analyzing hate speech with the aim of reducing its impact on social peace and cohesion among the religious, sectarian, and national components of Iraq.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will work to unify their efforts and integrate their capabilities to develop their work and enhance the skills of their volunteers to achieve the shared goals of the programs implemented by both Masarat and Um Al-Qura within the National Center for Monitoring and Confronting Hate Speech.

The agreement, which has come into effect, was signed by Dr. Saad Salloum, the General Coordinator for Masarat, while it was signed on behalf of Um Al-Qura Organization for Culture, Guidance, and Dialogue by Sheikh Haidar Al-Tamimi, the head of the organization.

The signing was attended by Sheikh Abdullah Saleh, the Vice President of Um Al-Qura Organization, and Dr. Amina Golden, the Executive Director of Masarat Foundation.
