Masarat celebrates the Middle East’s awards to “defending pluralism”

In an event organized by Masarat for cultural and media development, the group received the celebrators in the occasion of winning “Hani Fahs” Prize to defend pluralism in the Middle East “As Masarat Foundation winning this Award, it’s a victory for all Iraqi minorities where we see a formal recognition of the generous role for this organization to preserve the pluralism that characterizes Iraq” said Nadia Migamis, the General Manager of Mandaean Religious Endowments Migamis added “we’re all so thankful of Masarat work” Dr. Fanar Haddad said “selecting Massarat for this award is the selection of Iraq in all of its diverse ethnicity, languages ​​and sects” “Iraq id resisting the fiercest attacks, which are trying to eliminate the religious and national diversity” the Professor of ethnics in the National University of Singapore continued The “Hani Fahs” Award for dialogue and pluralism, has been organized this year by coalition of three parties of; the UNESCO at the Jesuit University in Beirut and the UNESCO at the University of Kufa as well as the Academy of Hani Fahs in Lebanon.
