After holding a number of workshops on unity in diversity by Masarat in Basra and Baghdad, Masarat held in collaboration with Hivos a wide workshop in Najaf to promote intercultural citizenship in Iraq. Saad Salloum talked about intercultural citizenship and his book, titled ‘unity in diversity’. The workshop was attended by a number of university’s students and civil activists from Najaf. Masarat presented a number of its publications to Mouge library. It also expressed its willingness to provide public and university libraries with its publication in a bid to meet needs of researchers and postgraduate students.
