Masarat Takes Part in Arranging International Conference for Armenians Genocide

Masarat foundation for cultural and media development participated in organizing an international conference dedicated to the centenary of the Armenians genocide held on Sunday in Baghdad in cooperation with the Diocese of Armenian Orthodox.Two hundred and fifty figure attended the conference, most of them were governmental officials, parliament members, clerics , and researchers.Those figures called for Turkey to give recognition of the genocide committed by Ottomans against Armenians.The general coordinator of Masarat foundation Mr. Saad Salloum regarded that recognition is essential for reconciliation and human dignity. Masarat foundation took part in arranging the 23/April demonstration held in front of Turkish embassy in Baghdad for that recognition.
