Masarat visit the Council for the Mandaean community in Nasiriyah

The delegation from masarat cultural and media development visited the council for the mandaean community in nasiriyahThe visit comes within the program of work adopted by the institution to save the pluralism in Iraq and dissemination of a culture of acceptance of others .

Mr.saadsalloum the general coordinator of masarat , the head of Delegation , said that the visit representshappy opportunityFor interaction with our people mandaeans in south of Iraq they represent the culture of the millennium passing of time and a true miracle saved to usaramaic culture through the history .

For their part, welcomed the organizers of the administration of the Mandaeans in Nasiriyah by the delegation and transferred them part of their suffering in the city, Iraq, most notably the lack of participation in the provincial council and the low political representation in parliament and government .
