Masarat for cultural and media development participated in civil initiative conference in Baghdad and this consist from 105 civil society organization from all over Iraq .

mr.saadsalloum President of the Foundation make a speechexplain the initiative background , and her reform plan andcalled to formation a new government with new elementsand accounting the security leaders which participated in the Collapse of securityand provide the needs of the displacedand issuing legislation Which guarantees the human rights and freedoms and building the civil state .

The civil initiative was started in august 2010 about the open session for parliament and participated in the Peaceful Field activities like demonstration , ins  , collect the signatures  , and meetings with heads of parties , and Issued its declaration in the first of last July identified the mobility peaceful multi- directional to face the risks which Surrounded in our home and our people.
